Returns & Exchange

At Caesura, returns are accepted provided the product meets the eligibility criteria outlined below. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

Return requests must be raised within 7 working days from the date of delivery, along with clear proof of the issue where applicable. Returns may be accepted in cases of faulty, damaged, incorrect products, or genuine size-related concerns.

Returned items are subject to inspection and verification before approval. Products showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, stains, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging may not qualify for return. Returns and replacements are subject to product availability, and Caesura reserves the right to inspect, approve, or reject any return request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
